• Identity Data: Includes your name, email address, and authentication credentials (handled securely via OAuth and our authentication provider, Supabase).
• Device & Camera Data: Our App requests access to your device's camera and photo library strictly for the purpose of allowing you to upload inventory photos and scan barcodes. We do not access photos you do not explicitly select or capture.
• Inventory Data: Information you input regarding your business inventory, pricing, descriptions, and connected third-party store credentials (e.g., eBay, Shopify, TikTok Shop).

2. How We Use Your Data

We will only use your personal data for the core functions of the App, which includes:

• To manage your account and authenticate you.
• To process your inventory images using our AI identification tool.
• To securely store and synchronize your inventory data across your connected marketplace channels.
• To automatically generate listings on third-party platforms at your explicit request.

3. Third-Party Marketplace Integrations

If you choose to link third-party marketplaces (like eBay, Shopify, Depop, etc.), we securely store the required connection tokens or credentials. We use these solely to create and manage listings on your behalf. We do not use this access to collect personal data from your buyers or customers beyond what is necessary to reflect sales status.

4. Data Security

We have put in place appropriate security measures to prevent your personal data from being accidentally lost, used, or accessed in an unauthorized way, altered, or disclosed. Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest using industry-standard protocols.

5. Data Retention

We will only retain your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes we collected it for, including for the purposes of satisfying any legal, accounting, or reporting requirements. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us.
